Project Goals

Develop an intuitive platform for creating customized and visually appealing proposals.
Improve efficiency by automating repetitive tasks related to proposal creation.
Enhance user experience by providing templates, content suggestions, and collaboration features.
Increase the conversion rate of proposals by ensuring they are well-structured, persuasive, and client-focused.

Research and Design

User research and competitor analysis was performed by other UX designers prior to me joining the team. They looked at both direct and non-direct competitors, such as PandaDoc, GetAccept, DocuSign, Zoho, etc. A document was shared with me, containing all the research data and a list of features for ProposalAI.

My Role

Create a design system to be used on multiple screenshots.
Design high fidelity mockups, using existing wireframes, ensuring all design heuristics and accessibility guidelines are met.
Develop prototypes for each task flow of the project.
